Check-in was great and the lady was very helpful but that’s where it ended. Throughout the stay whenever interacting with staff we felt they were very short in their replies, grumpy or just annoyed if you had a question. The spa experience was subpar. My wife and I frequently travel and add in a spa day, these massages were the worst we ever experienced.
